Get ready to try something fun this summer! Inspired by the Women’s Rugby World Cup, our Summer Word Hunt invites little ones to explore the nursery and hunt for hidden letters among the plants.

Find them all, spell out the secret words, and score a prize – every child’s a winner!

Twickenham Plant Centre is a working nursery – children must be supervised at all times.

 Important Notes for the Grown-Ups – Scrum Rules for a Safe Day

• Keep Your Eye on the Ball – All young players must be supervised by an adult referee at all times.
• Stay in Bounds – Don’t cross into “staff-only” or “restricted” zones – those are offside!
• Boots On, Bare Paws Off – Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times. No bare feet allowed in the scrum.
• No Sprinting for the Try Line – Even when the excitement kicks in, please remind children to walk, not run. The pitch (paths) might be slippery, and the hoses may be out watering the plants.
• No Lineouts Here – Climbing is strictly prohibited. Keep both boots firmly on the ground.
• Play Like a Sports Star – Treat our brilliant team with courtesy, manners, and respect. Any foul play, abusive language, or threatening behaviour will result in a red card.
• Safety First – If staff believe the safety of your child, yourself, or any team member is at risk, you may be asked to leave the field of play.
