1.5 “Turf” refers to natural turf. Turf is a living, perishable product and may vary due to environmental conditions.

1.7 “Website” means www.twickenhamplantcentre.co.uk
1.8 “Seller”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Twickenham Plant Centre
1.9 “Customer”, “you”, “your” means the purchaser of the Goods
2.1 Browse the Website and select your chosen Goods.
2.2 Complete the checkout process and review your Order before submitting it.
2.3 We will confirm your delivery date by email or telephone.
2.4 A legally binding contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
2.5 Orders may also be placed by telephone, in which case the agreed details form the Order.
3.1 Many of our products are natural materials. Variations in size, colour, texture, and shape may occur. Images and descriptions are for guidance only.
3.2 All Goods are checked before dispatch. You must inspect Goods upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
4.1 Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and confirmed at checkout.
4.2 Prices exclude delivery unless stated otherwise.
4.3 Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.
5.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
5.2 We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.
5.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details.
6.1 We deliver to a wide range of locations, subject to operational capacity, product type, and safe access. Full details are available on our delivery pages.
6.2 All deliveries are subject to our Delivery Terms & Conditions, which form part of this agreement.
6.3 If Goods are unavailable, we may offer an alternative, delay delivery, or issue a full refund.
6.4 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including access instructions.
6.5 If you are not present, you must provide clear instructions. Delivery completed according to those instructions will be considered successful.
6.6 Deliveries may be made via pallet, bulk bag, or loose load. Placement of Goods is at the driver’s discretion based on safety and access.
6.7 You must ensure safe and suitable access. Failed deliveries due to access issues may incur additional charges.
6.8 Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
6.9 Additional delivery charges may apply depending on location or access requirements.
6.10 Risk passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for loss or damage once Goods have been delivered in accordance with your instructions.
6.11 Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
If your Order is not delivered, you may choose to:
7.1 Cancel your Order and receive a full refund within 30 days; or
7.2 Arrange a new delivery date.
8.1 Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before delivery.
8.2 Late cancellations (less than 48 hours):
Turf: non-refundable
Other Goods: credit note only
Delivery charges: refunded
8.3 After delivery, returns are only accepted if:
Goods are not as described, or
Incorrect Goods were supplied
8.4 Turf is excluded from returns as it is perishable.
8.5 Turf must be laid immediately (spring/summer) or within 24 hours (autumn/winter). We are not responsible for deterioration if this is not followed.
8.6 If harvesting is affected by extreme weather, options in Clause 7 apply.
8.7 Approved returns may incur a 20% restocking fee and collection charges.
9.1 Delivery vehicles will not mount pavements.
9.2 You are responsible for removal of Goods left on public highways.
10.1 We confirm we have the right to sell all Goods.
10.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.
10.3 Product specifications may change without notice.
10.4 We are not responsible for external website content.
10.5 Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10.6 We are not liable for failure to deliver due to events beyond our control (e.g. weather, transport disruption, shortages).
11.1 All Website content is protected by copyright.
11.2 Content may not be used without permission, except for personal use.
11.3 Trademarks must not be used without consent.
